BSO were attempting to make a traffic stop in connection to an investigation involving a stolen vehicle in unincorporated central Broward when the driver intentionally struck an unmarked BSO vehicle before fleeing.
The pursuit continued southbound on the Florida Turnpike before ending on a ramp near Hard Rock Stadium after deputies used an immobilization maneuver.
Authorities then surrounded the van and took one suspect into custody.
Officials said no one was injured in the incident.
