Elected officials and transportation leaders gathering at Miami Dade College's Wolfson Campus Saturday for the Miami Loop Summit. Commissioner Ralph Rosado says now that the Underline is almost finished, it's time to talk about the trail network stretching from North Miami-Dade to South. The goal is to have one continuous network where people can walk, ride bikes and connect to public transit.
